Fugitive Level:
At the password screen, enter the following code and then hit the X button: MJKKAMKC
Infinite Lives:
At the main menu screen, using controller one, enter Square, Left, Square, Right, Circle, Down, Circle, Up. Then choose the Solo Survivor option in one player mode. Begin the game from the main menu and your lives meter will not decrease when you die.
