All is not right in Gothos. Anna, a young woman of uncommon vigor, has taken it upon herself to find out why some residents of her village are falling to a plague that's turning humans into enlarged, grotesque monsters. Her resulting investigation puts her between a cadre of politically powerful vampires and the masters of science who seek their elimination.
