Story
I don't know what to talk about here...
Graphics
I never have played on HIGH graphics because that requires P-3 and I have Intel Celeron 700Mhz
but I have played it on normal and extremelly low graphics.
On Normal: You can see planes external features like weapons, tanks, lights, wheels, even letter or any images.
Terrain is extremelly realistic and if you don't have fast PC then set it to LOW quality.
On Low: You can see many of external features but it depends how are you positioned.
Smoke from engines looks just like (+) plus sign, only expanded.
Terrain is blured although you still can see some of the buldings and ground vehicles.
Music / Sound
There is only one song as I can remember and it plays on MAIN menu.
Sounds could be better. For example, when you crash there could be more realistic sound.
GamePlay
If you have ever played IAF then this is no different. Only difference is weapons, more planes, larger terrain (better terrain) and in USAF you have 3 wingmen to command. Oh yeah, you have Voice Command which is not very useful.
