Arush launches Monkey Brains in episodes
Ready to go bananas? Succumb to your primate instincts and jump on your computer for the "ape-isodic" adventure of the year.
ARUSH Entertainment (formerly WEB Corp.), has released Monkey Brains, a side-scrolling monkey adventure for game fans of all ages. This wild and wacky game is now available on the RealNetworks Web site at www.real.com/games/monkeybrains/index.html.
ARUSH's games are distributed in episodes. Consumers can download the first episode of a game for free, play it and then purchase subsequent installments online for a low cost.
"The Webisodic™ distribution model of Monkey Brains provides a try-before-you-buy and easy-to-access delivery method that traditional retail video game distribution doesn't accommodate," Jim Perkins, president and CEO, ARUSH Entertainment, said. "We're excited to be working with a recognized leader in digital distribution like RealNetworks to launch our first episodic game and are anxious to get the consumers' early reaction to our process."
