Story
You can really see the resemblance with the original Matrix and Matrix reloaded. Good story esspecially when you have seen the movie. Really fills in the details, but even when you don't see the movie...it has a good story line of it's own.
Graphics
I won't be the one who says the graphics are the best of the moment. They are good enough, not the worst but really not the best. But the camera work (directed by the Wachowski Brothers themself) really makes up for the lesser details. If you like the film effects, then you will like these...because they are the same
Music / Sound
When walking into a treaky room or when you have a heavy fight, the rock music is kicking in. Besides that there is not really any music on the background. The other sound effect are really good (I have a 5.1 sound system working) when working in Matrix slowdown you really hear the Matrix slowdown sound effect. And you really hear every bullit flying around your head. And every kick and punch has his sound. The only thing I miss: when a cop is screaming and you hit the slowdown button (Focus button) the scream sound just stops, no slowing down and lower voice, it just stops.
GamePlay
It takes some getting used to. I got a bit of a console feeling. But after a minute or 10-15 you really get used to the controls and some exellent moves will appear on your screen with just a few buttons on your keyboard. After some practice you can really see the 4000+ moves that have been motion captured. Really good.

Overall I won't give it 5 stars because of some graphics stuff, and a bit of console feeling but it is worth more then 4 stars I would give it a 4,5 stars if possible...
