Story
It is a part of both the movie and the Animatrix DVD, it connects them well, you get appearances by the regulars, and I happenned to like the split between real movies cut scences and animation.
Graphics
I can't say its bad, but they don't exactly reach spectacular. The character models are good, and the fighting is fun. Has one hell of a lot of moves, including all the Matrix moves done better then their imitators.
Music / Sound
Fit the game, but roughly sounded like the soundtrack from the first movie.
GamePlay
I say this is where all the good stuff is. Anyone who says the gameplay is cheesey is just expacting too dang much. You get to fly the hoover craft, have some cute driving, sniping was not bad on the PS2 (I can't speak for the XBOX or PC), and there are guns - LOTS OF GUNS. Its action packed and kinetic, and there is no greater pleasure the running up on the side of the wall and giving an enemy a round house to the face and neck in Matrix style slow-mo. Fighting is the unleashing of some Kosco's size can of whoop-butt on opponants. And there are areas that generate opponant after opponant so you can stay a while and get medievel on thier buttocks. The actual game play it what makes this baby shine on crazy diamond.
